We do not believe that leadership can be captured in CVs or competency matrices. We believe it is people who shape organisations - through attitude, character and inner clarity. We place impact means that we identify, win over and support individuals who make a difference beyond their CV. That is why we do not seek experience alone, but excellence, character and values.

What we do

andtoo stands for a modern, partnership-based Executive & Board Search boutique. Our name stands for "and more" - more depth, more quality, greater focus on people, and stronger strategic and cultural fit. We identify leadership personalities not only by performance, but by impact. We do not look for perfect profiles - we find the right people. Our work combines sound methodology with a genuine understanding of people. We think deeply, act precisely and support companies that want not merely to fill positions, but to shape the future.

How we work

Discreetly, precisely, with a feel for nuance. We listen where others filter. We probe where others conclude. And we stay with it until we have found not only the right CV, but the right personality. andtoo works in a boutique format - deliberately small, deliberately close, deliberately excellent. We would like to direct part of our success towards meaningful causes wherever support is urgently needed. For this purpose, we established the andtoo.foundation. A portion of our clients' fee is transferred directly to the foundation in order to support sustainable or social projects each year. The projects are published annually, and our clients form part of the jury that selects the projects to be supported.
